Landlord fees are 8% of the passing rent for a managed rental or we can offer a ‘find a tenant only’ service for £250 (No VAT). We can offer discounted rates to landlords with multiple properties, please give us a call for a confidential discussion regarding your portfolio.
Tenant letting fees include a £100 Admin fee (payable per property), £50 Applicant fee (per applicant) and a £50 Guarantor fee if required (payable per property).
